School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hooksett, New Hampshire Soliant - 3.9 Hooksett, NH Job Details Contract 20 hours ago Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Speech Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required Experience providing services within a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Knowledge of IEP documentation and progress monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Organized, flexible, and comfortable managing a school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders among a diverse student population Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support professionals to ensure holistic support for each student Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state guidelines Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
