Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting students' communication skills and academic success. This contract opportunity is suited for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to engage with a diverse K-12 caseload. Set in a collaborative school setting, you'll have the chance to work closely with teachers, families, and staff to foster inclusive learning and student growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
Hold active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience supporting students in a school-based setting Comfort and skill in working with K-12 students with varying needs; caseload specifics will be finalized prior to start Strong communication, assessment, and intervention planning abilities Committed to in-person service delivery
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that address each student's unique needs Collaborate actively with educators, staff, and families to maximize student progress and success Maintain thorough and timely documentation, IEP records, and progress reports for compliance Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support positive student outcomes Offer direct and consultative therapy services as required Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working 35 hours per week during the academic year—August 19, 2026, through June 3, 2027.
