Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Help support students' communication development and educational success in a dynamic school environment near Portsmouth, NH. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active license to practice as an SLP in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience within school settings, with knowledge of IEPs and special education procedures Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compassionate approach to student care, with a passion for helping children reach their goals
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessments and teacher/parent collaboration Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students per IEP guidelines Document progress, maintain confidential records, and comply with federal and state requirements Work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to align goals and strategies Participate in team meetings and support a positive and inclusive school culture This position offers you the chance to work with diverse student populations and experience a supportive work atmosphere while making a true difference in children's lives.
