In this contract, you'll step in as a crucial resource for a Pre-K program covering maternity leave (May-June, with potential to extend from September-November 2026 for the full academic year), and provide coverage during summer ESY (Extended School Year) in July and August. This is a fantastic setting to strengthen your resume, collaborate with diverse professionals, utilize the latest speech therapy tools (including augmentative communication devices), and develop new clinical approaches. Serving 27+ individual students, you'll engage in evaluations, IEP meetings, individual therapy, and early intervention services.
Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome) Experience in pediatric or school-based settings Comfort with individual sessions, evaluations, and IEP processes Familiarity with augmentative communication devices is highly valued Teletherapy experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech/language services to Pre-K and early intervention students Conduct evaluations and assessments Collaborate in IEP meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Implement therapy using evidence-based practices, including ACC devices Potentially support ESY with a flexible caseload (Pre-K may not be required)
