Speak Easy Clinics is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our compassionate and collaborative team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Your Role and Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessments:
Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
Engaging Therapy:
Provide play-based, evidence-driven interventions to enhance communication, social interactions, and daily living skills.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and clinic guidelines, sharing progress and addressing challenges in partnership with families.
Community Advocacy:
Participate in initiatives aimed at educating the broader community about inclusion and advocating for necessary support in various settings.
Who We're Looking For Qualified Professional:
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a master's degree in speech-language pathology.
Passionate Advocate:
An individual dedicated to working with children of all abilities, including those with autism, other developmental differences, and neurotypical children who need speech support.
