Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide therapeutic services to improve communication skills. Collaborate withPT/OT, nursing, and providers for coordinated care. Educate patients and families on speech-language pathology processes and home exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Conduct hearing screenings and evaluations. Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology techniques and technologies. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Supervise and mentor speech-language pathology assistants and students. FollowsTribal Health and client specific policy and procedures. All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.
