ABOUT US
At Springboard Pediatric Therapy , we believe therapy should be as fun as it is effective. Located in Whippany, NJ, our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic offers a vibrant, play-based, and developmentally focused environment for children from birth through age 21 — with a primary focus on early childhood (ages 2-8). We take pride in our interdisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists who work collaboratively to provide holistic, family-centered care. We work with a wide variety of diagnoses including autism, Down syndrome, Angelman syndrome, articulation/phonological disorders, feeding disorders, and more. Our therapy approach is family-centered and highly collaborative across disciplines.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about pediatrics, thrives in a collaborative setting, and values partnering closely with families and fellow therapists. Whether you're a seasoned SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY), we'd love to hear from you.SCHEDULE
Full-time :
Wednesday toSaturday Wednesday-Friday:
8:00 AM-6:30 PM (10 hour days)Saturday:
8:00 AM-4:30 PM (paid for 10 hours, work 8!) We prioritize quality over quantity. You will never go over 28 hours of billable therapy in a week. All 1:1 sessions except for seasonal groups. We love collaboration and ingenuity, bring all your skills and we will help you grow!RESPONSIBILITES
Deliver engaging, play-based therapy sessions in a one-on-one setting Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists on interdisciplinary cases Partner with families to support generalization of skills at home and in the community Document progress and maintain up-to-date session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and reevaluationsQUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in any of the following is a plus (but not required): Autism Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Feeding and swallowing DIR/Floortime
