Full-day availability preferred Additional hours available as caseload grows About Us Little Milestones for Small Discoveries is a growing pediatric sensory gym and therapy clinic dedicated to providing exceptional, family-centered care through occupational therapy, speech therapy, social skills programs, and inclusive community events. We are passionate about helping children thrive through play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and relationship-focused therapy. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team of pediatric therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to grow a caseload, collaborate with experienced Occupational Therapists, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in a sensory-rich pediatric environment. Collaborate closely with families, teachers, physicians, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals. Educate families regarding treatment goals, progress, and home strategies. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and other required documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and team meetings. Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current New Jersey SLP License. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Pediatric experience required. Experience working with autistic children, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and developmental delays preferred. Experience with AAC, gestalt language processing, feeding therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming practices is a plus. Pediatric sensory gym experience preferred. DIR/Floortime and/or sensory integration knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. What We Offer Flexible afterschool and weekend scheduling.
