HMS & Associates is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing Bergen County team. We are a highly specialized private practice focusing on Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Pediatric Feeding Disorders (PFD), ARFID, Orofacial Myology, and Language Disorders. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys working with children and families and is interested in developing expertise in specialized areas of practice while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Selected candidates will participate in direct training with Heidi Miller and the HMS team during Summer 2026, allowing time to learn our clinical philosophy, treatment approaches, and specialty protocols prior to beginning treatment. Most sessions occur during after-school hours (approximately 3:30/4:00 PM-6:30 PM); however, there are also opportunities for daytime clients based on clinician availability and interest. The caseload will begin part-time and grow gradually with advance notice as new clients are scheduled. This position may be particularly appealing to: School-based SLPs seeking additional hours Experienced pediatric clinicians looking to specialize Therapists seeking a flexible schedule within a supportive private practice setting Areas of Clinical Focus Caseload may include: Childhood Apraxia of Speech Expressive and Receptive Language Disorders Early Language Development Pediatric Feeding Disorders Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders Social Communication Prior experience in feeding, apraxia, or myofunctional therapy is welcomed but not required. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Liability Insurance ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-centered practice
