Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid SLP licensure in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is desirable Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and educational staff
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students ranging from early childhood through adolescence Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support generalization of communication skills in classroom settings Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings, professional development opportunities, and team consultations as needed
