Speech-Language Pathologist

Duties Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each child's goals and needs Provide direct therapy services in client homes and our ABA therapy center Collaborate closely with BCBAs, behavior technicians, and families to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes Participate in team meetings, parent training sessions, and interdisciplinary planning Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home Qualifications Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license (NJ SLP license) — Required Availability on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) — Required Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA — Preferred Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Reliable transportation for home-based visits across our New Jersey service area Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
