Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types This full-time Speech-Language Pathology position in Wayne, NJ, offers an opportunity to support preschool-aged students in a school setting. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year (June 19th), with typical working hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key qualifications and experience for this role include: Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC credentials Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly preschool-aged children Familiarity with healthcare and school-based speech therapy services Ability to conduct teletherapy services as needed Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience in school settings
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy services to preschool students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all therapy sessions and assessments Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver remote services when required Benefits of this position include a consistent full-time schedule within one campus, allowing for continuity of care and meaningful relationships with students and staff.
