Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Bosque Farms, NM. This contract position offers an engaging and rewarding environment to support students' communication development within a school district that serves diverse learners from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, utilizing individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement educational and communication goals. Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify speech and language needs. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for practice in New Mexico. Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with dedication to student-centered care.
