Job Description

Job Summary Location:
Crownpoint, NM (On-site)

Schedule:
MondayFriday Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week
Contract Length:
12 months (with option to extend)
Start Date:
August 2026 Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech/language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program guidelines Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred in school-based or pediatric settings) Active Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong understanding of IEPs and special education services Ability to work independently in a structured environment Requirements Ability to pass a background check and security clearance Must be able to work on-site (no remote option) Current immunizations and health clearance as required Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Experience Experience working in school-based settings Experience supporting underserved or rural communities Familiarity with multidisciplinary care teams
Pay:
$44.44 - $53.52 per hour
License/Certification:
