  • July 31, 2027 (with option years) Position Overview Eleven Bravo Group, LLC is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to provide in-person speech and language services to students with disabilities at Mariano Lake Community School.
The selected candidate will deliver specialized therapy services in compliance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and applicable federal education standards. This position requires a highly skilled professional capable of delivering clinical, educational, and evaluative services in a structured school environment while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Educational Services Provide speech therapy services to students with identified speech and language needs Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments for up to 12 students Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEPs Deliver services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis as required Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily/weekly service logs and therapy documentation Prepare and submit: Monthly service reports Quarterly progress reports Final evaluation and exit reports Ensure all documentation complies with BIE reporting systems and requirements Collaboration & Communication Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates Coordinate with: Teachers School staff Parents/guardians Provide guidance and answer questions related to therapy services Compliance & Program Delivery Ensure services meet IDEA and ESSA requirements Deliver culturally sensitive services tailored to Native American student populations Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with PII protection regulations Required Qualifications Valid state license/certification in Speech Therapy (New Mexico preferred) Accreditation by ASHA (or equivalent recognized body) Experience providing therapy services to students with disabilities Ability to develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans Strong documentation and reporting skills Additional Requirements Must pass federal background investigation and security clearance prior to start Must comply with all school safety, health, and immunization requirements Ability to work on-site in a school environment under varying conditions Must provide own equipment, materials, and technology necessary for service delivery Performance Expectations Deliver high-quality therapy services aligned with federal education standards Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure full compliance with contract requirements and performance metrics Demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness, and adaptability Work Schedule & Hours Approx. 1,808 hours annually : School year services Parent-teacher conferences Summer compensatory services Why This Role Matters This position plays a critical role in ensuring that students with disabilities receive the specialized support they need to succeed academically and socially , directly impacting their long-term development and educational outcomes.
