Job Description

Position Overview Inabia is looking for a SLP to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. If you're passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. You'll evaluate and treat communication and swallowing needs, supporting safe, effective rehabilitation and patient quality of life. You'll collaborate with nursing, dietary, physicians, and therapy partners to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with patient goals. Provide daily treatments, monitor progress, and support discharge planning. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Participate in skilled nursing rehab programming focused on functional recovery and safe transitions. Contribute to a team-based approach that prioritizes patient outcomes and quality care. Qualifications Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license required. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
