Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for speech-language professionals working with diverse students across primarily elementary grades, as well as some middle and high school populations. This role is set near Boulder City, NV, and offers both full and part-time options, providing flexibility to fit your lifestyle throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you'll support students in building vital communication skills that make a lasting impact in both their academic and personal lives. Whether your experience is in traditional or teletherapy settings, or you're a recent graduate starting your Clinical Fellowship Year, your expertise and passion will propel learners toward their goals.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), SLP - CCC, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) license required Experience in school settings, either onsite or via teletherapy Skilled in working with pediatric populations across elementary to high school SLP Assistants (SLPA) with healthcare or school-based backgrounds are encouraged to apply Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping abilities Flexibility to work on-site or in hybrid/teletherapy formats Commitment for the entire 2026-2027 academic year
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective speech and language services to students Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Support generalization of communication strategies across school environments This contract offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the vibrancy and possibilities of a flexible schedule.
