Job Description

Speech Therapist (SLP) - Home Health Per Diem Contract Position | $135 Per Visit Join a Growing Home Health Team and Make a Meaningful Impact in Patients' Lives! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional in-home therapy services to patients throughout the community. This is a per-diem contracted position offering flexibility, autonomy, and competitive compensation.
Compensation:
$135 per visit (based on experience and case complexity)
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and progress Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
Current State Speech-Language Pathologist License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Home Health experience preferred but not required Current CPR certification Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Strong communication and documentation skills
