- SLP•Telespeech Job Type Contract Soliant has an opening for a K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist•School-Based Therapy on a full-time contract assignment with a Nevada school district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services for articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and caseload management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working with students with diverse communication needs is beneficial.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
