Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Exciting full-time opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with students in both elementary and secondary school settings. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse student population, supported by a collaborative educational team. The academic year runs August 20 through June 4, providing you with a structured schedule while working with a manageable caseload of 55-60 students. Ideal candidates will have experience or strong interest in a school-based environment, whether on site or via teletherapy. Opportunities exist for those with both their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and for Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY). What you'll need: Active SLP license or eligibility to practice in a school setting Experience in pediatric speech therapy Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus Commitment to collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families Ability to manage a caseload of students with varied communication needs Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Responsibilities include: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students Develop and implement individualized goals as part of IEP teams Conduct assessments and collaborate in eligibility determinations Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Communicate regularly with staff and parents to support student success Openings exist for both elementary (typical hours 8:30-3:15) and secondary schools (hours 7:30-2:15).
