Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) CCC-SLP or eligibility; CFYs are welcome Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings preferred Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of 55-60 students across elementary and secondary levels Strong communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based SLP services to elementary and secondary students Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with teachers and families Provide in-person and, if needed, teletherapy services Maintain diligent documentation to ensure compliance Act as a resource for school staff, promoting inclusive and effective communication strategies
