Key Responsibilities:
Resident Evaluation & Treatment Planning:
Assess residents' speech and language needs and develop personalized treatment plans. •
Progress Monitoring:
Observe and assess resident performance, adjusting treatments as necessary, and preparing detailed progress reports. •
Rehabilitation Support:
Assist in the rehabilitation of residents affected by injury, illness, or other conditions. • Maintain a
Safe Environment:
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff. •
Confidentiality:
Maintain resident confidence by ensuring the secure handling of confidential information. •
Documentation:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress, auditing department records as necessary. •
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare teams to contribute to a cooperative and supportive team environment. Requirements •
Education :
Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program. •
Licensing :
