WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Physical Therapist to work at an school in Binghamton, NY.

Job Function:

Patient Assessment :

Evaluate patients ' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals .

Treatment Implementation :

Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities , and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility , relieve pain, and promote healing .

Progress Monitoring :

Track patients ' progress , adjust treatment plans as necessary , and provide ongoing support and encouragement.

Patient Education :

Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at - home exercises and self -care.

Collaboration :

Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations , progress notes, and treatment outcomes for insurance and legal purposes.
