Flexible Opportunities Available We are hiring SLPs across multiple settings: School-Based Programs (Preschool & School Age) Clinical / Article 16 Clinic Services CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) Opportunities Available Why Join Us? School schedules with predictable hours No nights, weekends, or holidays (in most roles) No "productivity pressure" culture Strong supervision & mentorship (especially for CFY candidates) Mission-driven, person-centered organization What You'll Do Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments (speech, language, feeding/swallowing, AAC) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/ITPs) Provide direct therapy services across school or clinical settings Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Train staff and caregivers on communication strategies and supports Complete documentation including progress notes, evaluations, and treatment plans Compensation & Bonuses $30.00 - $39.39/hour (based on experience)
