Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while gaining valuable experience working in a school-based setting. We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract role providing support and services to students with diverse communication needs. Collaborate with passionate educators, contribute to student success, and help enhance communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt services to students from varied backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs Provide direct and consultative SLP services in individual and group settings Document progress toward goals and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulations Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals tailored to each student Use technology and creative strategies to engage and motivate students As you take the next step in your career, this contract opportunity offers the flexibility to make a difference while working alongside a team committed to student development.
