We are seeking a full time or part time NYS licensed Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist to join our team in our Integrated classroom in Delmar starting September 2026. This is a year round position and Compensation will be based on qualifications and years of experience. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) opportunity available. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preschool age experience. Knowledge of AAC devices preferred. Speech Language Therapist Requirements NYS professional licensure. Responsibilties Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in preschoolers on their caseloads. Provide speech therapy in an individual or group settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals. Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based practices. Educate students and their families on communication strategies and techniques to support therapy goals. Collaborate with other therapists and Special Education Teacher to ensure the treatment is aligned with specific IEP goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans. Attends case reviews, classroom planning sessions Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field. Attends IEP modification, Evaluation, Parent Teacher, case conferences and Annual Review meetings for students on their caseloads.
