Daily Range of Responsibilities of the

Speech-Language Pathologist:

To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, by established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list and short-term and long-term goals. Instructs patients, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:

Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology Current and Valid NY state license Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate Completed Certificate of Clinical Competence Preferred Current CPR certification Part-time consistent hours available from August through December to provide coverage for a planned leave.
