At TheraDynamics, our SLPs workwith patients facing dysphagia, aphasia, cognitive-linguistic deficits, voicedisorders, and communication barriers that affect every aspect of their dailylives. You will conduct instrumental assessments, design individualizedtreatment plans, and collaborate with dietary, nursing, and medical teams toensure safe swallowing and effective communication. Your expertise is not justvalued - it is essential. What You Will Do You will evaluate and treat residents with speech,language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will conduct bedside andinstrumental swallowing assessments (MBSS/FEES experience is a plus), developdiet texture recommendations in collaboration with dietary staff, providecognitive-linguistic therapy for patients with dementia and TBI, and trainnursing staff and families on communication strategies and safe feedingtechniques. You will be a critical member of the interdisciplinary care team. What We Offer

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from anaccredited program
• CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellowshipcandidates welcome)
• Current or eligible for New York State SLP license
