Full-time, Part-time Who are we? Bloomer Health is a therapist focused Early Intervention agency, that provides in-person services to babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years old. Our agency uses an innovative, digital platform built by therapists, for therapists, to modernize and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks (e.g. onboarding, case management, documentation and billing). We actively support the therapist from behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery of services and, where, possible, help save time on case management. Our platform is further integrated into billing which makes it easy to process, no work for the therapist and allows us to pay you quicker! At Bloomer Health, we support and mentor CF providers, by being responsive to each therapists' unique needs. We also offer around the clock access to our administrative and technical support teams. You will never feel alone.

Furthermore, the provider will educate and guide parents and caregivers to ensure carryover between sessions. All Clinical Fellows are required to complete EI-related documentation in Bloomer Health's electronic platform. This includes session notes, progress notes and amendment forms as needed. All documentation will be reviewed and signed off by the CF supervisor.
