Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year in Olean, NY. This role involves working directly with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, providing essential speech and language support within a school setting. The position offers onsite teaching assistant support and requires a commitment to a full school year contract.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (SLP-CCC preferred) Experience working with a K-12 student population Ability to manage variable caseloads effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and students Commitment to providing personalized speech and language interventions

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records Provide direct speech therapy services throughout the full school year Utilize onsite teaching assistant support to enhance therapy sessions
