Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the current school year, starting ASAP through late June. This contract role supports students in PreK and elementary settings within the Hornell and Bath, NY areas.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active New York State SLP License Certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in school environments, specifically with PreK and elementary-aged children Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills applicable to pediatric speech and language needs
Location:
Hornell and Bath, New York (with potential travel between these locations) Schools-based settings servicing students throughout the academic year
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language impairments Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district policies Participate in meetings, screenings, and staff training as needed
