Full Job Description Benefits:
Company parties 401(k) This role is ideal for clinicians who are detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about identifying developmental and communication needs early in life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children ages 0-3 Assess expressive/receptive language, articulation, feeding, pragmatic, and developmental communication skills Complete evaluation reports and recommendations in a timely manner Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations when applicable Communicate findings professionally with families and service coordinators Maintain compliance with Early Intervention documentation standards Qualifications Active NYS Speech Language Pathologist License Experience conducting pediatric evaluations preferred Early Intervention experience strongly preferred Strong report-writing and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently and manage schedule efficiently Bilingual providers encouraged to apply What We Offer Flexible scheduling Consistent evaluation referrals Administrative support Competitive compensation Multidisciplinary team environment Opportunity for long-term collaboration and growth Ideal Candidate We are seeking clinicians who are: Professional and reliable Strong in clinical judgment and documentation Comfortable interacting with families Organized and efficient Passionate about early childhood development
