  • 42/hour Post Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while building meaningful patient relationships in a supportive rehab environment.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and quality of life Provide therapy for residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
