FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Referral Program Speech Language Pathologist Duties and Responsibilities:
Assumes responsibility for the screening, evaluation, and treatment of facility patients/residents needing Speech-Language Pathology services Implements treatment plan through direct treatment, education of treatment staff and supervision of Speech-Language Pathology staff Maintains accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures on a daily basis When appropriate, you may be asked to act as a clinical instructor to SLP students who are engaged in their clinical residencies
Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements:
Bachelor and/or Master-s degree in Speech and Language Pathology Current and valid NY state license Excellent oral and written communication skills Computer literate Must have ASHA CCCs •All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type •Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors Theradynamics is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
