as a Clinical Fellow and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language therapy in a supportive and nurturing environment. We have a very supportive environment for Clinical fellows as we have multiple Supervisors and Staff that provide hands on support during your clinical fellowship year. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language skills. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills. Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care. Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding speech and language development. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for helping others and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting. Caseloads that feature in school, in clinic and in home cases.
