Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN Phoenix of Fairlawn | Fairlawn, OH Phoenix of Fairlawn is seeking a motivated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. If you're passionate about helping patients regain communication, swallowing function, and independence, we would love to connect with you. At Phoenix of Fairlawn, our therapy team plays a vital role in improving the quality of life for our residents. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys flexible scheduling while working in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Position Highlights PRN / Per Diem opportunity with flexible scheduling Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary therapy team Utilize Net Health documentation system Supportive leadership and collaborative rehab department Opportunity to make a meaningful impact with residents and their families Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Document evaluations, treatments, and progress using Net Health Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy plans and safe swallowing strategies Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in SNF/LTC setting preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Why Join Our Team At Phoenix of Fairlawn, we believe great therapy happens when clinicians are supported, valued, and empowered.
