Job Description

Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Schedule:
Flexible, approximately 10-25 hours per week The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to students with autism spectrum disorder. The SLP works collaboratively with teachers, behavior staff, families, and related service providers to support students' communication skills, social language development, academic participation, and overall independence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments. Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, behavior technicians, occupational therapists, and other team members to support student success. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services. Provide consultation and training to staff regarding communication strategies and supports. Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems when appropriate. QualificationsRequired Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Ohio. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience with AAC devices and communication systems. Experience in school-based settings. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
