Ruby ABA:
✔ Provide speech and language therapy to young children (ages 2-6) in a clinic-based setting ✔ Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to guide individualized therapy goals ✔ Implement play-based, evidence-based interventions to improve communication, articulation, social skills, and more ✔ Train and educate parents and caregivers to support language development at home

What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Ohio SLP Licensure (or willingness to obtain) A passion for collaboration, creativity, and making a lasting impact A heart for helping children communicate, connect, and thrive
Physical Requirements:
The Speech-Language Pathologist is a physically active role that requires the ability to safely and effectively support children in therapeutic settings. The following physical requirements are considered essential job functions of the role: Physical Requirements The SLP must be able to: Sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and transition between floor-based and standing positions as needed during therapy sessions Lift, carry, push, pull, and support children weighing up to 40-50 pounds, as clinically appropriate Engage in structured therapy activities and play-based learning for extended periods of time Provide physical prompting, guidance, or modeling as outlined in therapy plans Respond quickly to client movements or behaviors to ensure client and staff safety Maintain physical stamina to conduct therapy sessions for multiple hours per day Use hands and arms for fine and gross motor activities, including manipulating therapy materials and assisting clients Visually monitor clients at all times to ensure safety and treatment integrity Hear and respond appropriately to verbal and non-verbal communication from clients, caregivers, and team members Work may occur in clinic-based, home-based, school-based, or community settings The role may involve exposure to loud noises, unpredictable behaviors, and physically active situations The SLP may be required to assist with behaviors that involve movement, resistance, or redirection
