Qualifications:
Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Possess current state licensure or eligibility in Ohio Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings desired Comfortable providing services to grades K-8 Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 18 K-8 students Deliver 2,700 minutes of direct services per quarter (max 20 hours/week) Complete evaluations, develop and monitor IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy Document progress and collaborate with educational staff and parents Support students' communication needs from ASAP through the end of the school year
