Job Description

Wapak Manor is under new management and seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We are focused on building a strong clinical team that delivers quality care and great outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized therapy plans Work closely with nursing and dietary teams Maintain accurate documentation Educate residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio Experience in long-term care preferred Strong clinical and communication skills
