Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / CFY / CCC) Full-Time or PRN Opportunities Available $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time SLPs! We are currently seeking Full-Time and PRN Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality therapy services to residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. What We're Offering $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time SLPs CFY / New Graduates Welcome to Apply PRN opportunities available with flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Supportive rehab leadership and interdisciplinary team Mentorship and clinical support (including CFY supervision) Electronic documentation system Opportunities for professional and clinical growth Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adult and geriatric populations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including nursing, PT, OT, and social services Complete documentation in compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning as appropriate Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible SLP license in the state of Ohio CCC-SLP from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred CFY candidates strongly encouraged to apply SNF or long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills Compassionate, resident-centered, and team-oriented mindset Why Aventura at Oakwood Village?
