What We're Seeking:

Holds or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC or CFY considered) Experience in a school setting highly preferred Proficiency with both teletherapy and in-person therapy modalities Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs tailored to individual student needs Passionate about working with children and adolescents to achieve their best outcomes Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Provide individualized and group therapy to students, both remotely and onsite Write and update IEPs, collaborating closely with educators and families Track student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district policies Offer support and consult with teachers and staff to incorporate effective communication strategies in the classroom Engage consistently with families to keep them informed and involved in their child's progress
