Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist license required ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed Previous school-based or pediatric experience is ideal, though new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language services to students across 2-3 assigned schools, with caseloads ranging from 25-55 based on your availability Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to foster student progress Maintain thorough documentation aligned with state and district requirements Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights for student support
