Desired skills and qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Proven experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Ability to develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and families Comfort with assessments, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention planning Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments In this role, you'll: Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as a valued team contributor Serve as an essential resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and best practices What's in it for you?
