Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or consideration for strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Active or eligible state licensure for speech pathology in Oregon Experience in K-12 school environments is highly valued Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret results, and develop evidence-based IEP goals Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to integrate speech and language strategies across school settings Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Offer guidance and support to teachers and families, fostering inclusive learning environments Step into a school-based role where your clinical skills and passion for helping children will be celebrated and supported.
