Job Description

Part-Time / PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Woodside Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a Part-Time / PRN basis in Molalla, Oregon. This position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive interdisciplinary team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. Pay $46.00•57.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, residents, and families. Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings. Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies. Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required. CCC-SLP preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred but not required. Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
