Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Soliant Health is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year to work in a school district in the Salem, OR area. The position involves standard SLP duties including meeting participation, multidisciplinary team collaboration, report writing, treatment, and testing. The SLP will be a part of a multi-tiered system of support to provide a comprehensive approach that strides to identify and treat the individual needs of all students. This is a fantastic opportunity for SLPs that are passionate about pediatrics and working in a supportive environment.
Job Description:
26-27 School Year Full time, district may be able to arrange part time Complete IEPs, assessments, treatment, and documentation for students with speech, voice, hearing and language impairments Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team Work in early education with children birth to 3 or 3 to 5 years old Work Hours are typically 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, 40 hours per weekRequirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Previous school or pediatric experience preferred but not required Must have active or pending Oregon SLP license or the ability to apply for one Soliant offers licensing assistance if you are not certified in this state yet: https://www.soliant.com/about/benefits/ ASHA certification is a PLUS, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to applyCompensation:
