Speech-Language Pathologists - Salem, OR Make an impact. Support student voices. Join us for the 2026-2027 school year! Start dates approaching. Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based openings across Salem, Oregon. Whether you're looking to start now or secure your contract for next school year, this is an incredible opportunity to support K-12 students — with most openings at the elementary level.

Position Highlights Location:

Salem, OR Contract:

ASAP-June 2027 or 2026-2027

School Year Schedule:

Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) or

Part-time Caseload:

K-12 (majority elementary)

Pay:

$73/hr | Travel packages available Compensation & Benefits $73/hr Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) Program Flexible scheduling Meal & housing stipends for travelers Role Overview As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Conduct student evaluations Provide direct therapy services Document services according to the plan of care Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams Support students' communication needs across academic settings Minimum Requirements Active Oregon SLP License Meets all federal, state, and local requirements Contract Details Hours per week: 37.5 Contract length: 9 months Start dates: ASAP-June 2027, or August 2026 for the 26/27 school year Let's Connect!
