Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Shape the communication skills of infants and toddlers during their most important developmental moments. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist serving communities across Salem and South Marion County, you'll provide early intervention and preschool services for children birth through age 3. This fulfilling position gives you the chance to partner with families, collaborate with other experts, and make an immediate difference at a crucial stage.
What You'll Bring:
Current Oregon SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply Experience with early intervention or the birth-to-three population is a plus Background in teletherapy, pediatric healthcare, or schools adds value Strong commitment to a family-centered approach and collaborative team dynamics
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for infants and toddlers Providing direct therapy services in homes, schools, and community settings Working closely with families to support each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Coordinating intervention strategies with interdisciplinary teams, including early intervention specialists and service coordinators Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in line with contract and program requirements
