Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a meaningful career supporting the communication skills of preschoolers across Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties in Oregon. Multiple full-time contract roles are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who are ready to make a difference during the 2026-2027 school year. These roles are essential for providing individualized and group therapy, assessments, and expert support to children ages 3-5 within early childhood educational settings.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Oregon SLP license, or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Experience working with preschool-aged children is highly valued Strong background in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy settings is a plus Proficient collaboration and communication skills, with a dedication to early childhood development SLPA experience with schools or healthcare settings also welcomed
Responsibilities Include:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for preschool-aged children Provide both individual and small-group therapy to address speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate closely with IEP teams, families, and teachers to develop and implement effective intervention plans Document progress and contribute to IEP meetings to ensure cohesive support strategies Engage in professional development and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment
